Training Cancellation Policy

At Colorado Safety Supply Company, we understand that schedules can change. To maintain fairness for both our clients and instructors, please review our updated cancellation policy below.

1. Client Cancellations

More than 7 days’ notice:

• No penalty.

• Eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future class.

3–7 days’ notice:

• Eligible for a 50% refund or credit toward a future class within 90 days.

Less than 3 days’ notice:

• No refund; full amount is due as trainers and materials are already committed.

2. No-Show or Same-Day Cancellations

• No refund or credit will be issued.

• Clients may still receive course materials, if applicable.

3. Trainer or CSSC Cancellations

If a class is canceled by Colorado Safety Supply Company (CSSC) due to weather, illness, or low enrollment:

• Clients will receive a full refund or credit.

• Rescheduling will be offered as the first option before issuing a refund.
