Return Policy
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Safety and Fall Protection Items:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
(This is in place due to the sensitive nature of these products and maintaining their integrity)
- We do not accept returns on PPE and Fall Protection items outside of the original package
- Or past 30 days of purchase
- Must be sealed in original package
- If returned a restocking fee up to 20% may be charged
How to Initiate a Return:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For defective, damaged items or incorrect items, please contact our customer service team at 303-537-5832 or info@coloradosafetysupply.com with your invoice number and supporting images and receipt
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and Fall Protection, PPE and Covid-19 related items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Custom orders are not eligible for returns!
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Credit Process:
- Credit will be processed promptly for approved returns for customers with an account
- If the product was defective, damaged or the wrong product you will receive store credit. This will be on your account immediately after receiving the item.
Refund Process:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If the return is after 30 days: In store credit will be the only option available.
