The FallTech FT-Arc™ Flash 2D Climbing Non-Belted Full Body Harness is engineered for serious arc flash protection, superior comfort, and secure climbing performance. Built with Nomex® webbing and a Kevlar® core, this harness provides inherent flame and arc resistance throughout the shoulders, torso, and legs—ideal for electrical, utility, and high-risk arc environments.
The design features Comfort Legs® lateral strap construction, giving workers increased mobility, reduced pressure points, and all-day comfort during climbing or positioning. Premium dielectric overmolded alloy steel D-rings provide dependable dorsal and sternal connection points while protecting the user from electrical hazards.
Quick-connect chest and leg buckles are overmolded for arc resistance and include a visual positive-lock indicator for added safety. Ripstop and quilted Nomex® padding at key contact zones enhance durability while providing additional thermal protection.
This harness also includes Arc Flash–rated Suspension Trauma Relief Straps, lanyard keepers, and a Nomex® label cover for long-lasting identification. Certified to the latest ANSI and ASTM arc flash standards, the FT-Arc™ delivers robust protection without compromising mobility or comfort.
