The FallTech FT-Arc™ Flash 4D Construction Climbing Full Body Harness is built for workers who need maximum arc flash protection, superior mobility, and secure positioning on the job. Designed with dielectric overmolded dorsal, sternal, and hip D-rings, this harness delivers dependable connection points for climbing, work positioning, and fall arrest—all while protecting against electrical and arc flash hazards.
Constructed with Nomex® webbing and a Kevlar® fiber core, the harness provides full-body flame and arc resistance that won’t wash out. Key comfort zones—such as the shoulder yoke, sub-pelvic leg pads, and 6" waist support pads—feature ripstop and quilted Nomex® fabric for enhanced durability and thermal protection.
FallTech’s Comfort Legs® lateral strap system significantly reduces pressure points and boosts mobility during climbing and at-height tasks. The overmolded quick-connect buckles include a positive lock visual indicator, ensuring fast and secure donning.
This harness comes equipped with Arc Flash–rated Suspension Trauma Relief Straps, lanyard parking keepers, and a Nomex® label cover for long-term identification. Backed by compliance with ANSI and ASTM arc flash standards, the FT-Arc™ Flash 4D is engineered for demanding environments where safety and performance can’t be compromised.
