Mobile Safety Unit: Fire Extinguisher Services
On-Site Fire Extinguisher Inspection, Service & Repair
Our Mobile Safety Unit brings a fully equipped fire extinguisher service shop to your jobsite, warehouse, office or facility anywhere in the Denver metro area. We inspect, recharge, repair and test your extinguishers on the spot, so you stay compliant without losing time or sending equipment out.
Fire Extinguisher Services We Provide
One call covers every extinguisher at your location, from a single office to a multi-building campus or an active construction site.
Annual Fire Extinguisher Inspections
OSHA requires an annual maintenance check on every portable extinguisher. We inspect each unit, update the service tag and give you a record for your fire marshal, insurer or safety audit.
Fire Extinguisher Recharge
Used an extinguisher or found one with low pressure? We recharge it on-site and return it to service, so you are never left unprotected.
Fire Extinguisher Repair
Damaged hoses, gauges, pins, seals or valves are repaired or replaced by our technicians. If a unit can't be repaired safely, we tell you and replace it.
6-Year Maintenance
Stored-pressure dry chemical extinguishers need internal maintenance every six years. We empty, examine, service and recharge each unit to keep it reliable.
Hydrostatic Testing
Extinguisher cylinders must be pressure tested on a set schedule (every 5 or 12 years, depending on type). We test, document and return units that pass.
New Extinguishers & Replacements
Need more coverage or replacing old units? We supply ABC, CO2, Class K and other fire extinguishers, plus mounting brackets, cabinets and signage.

Fire Extinguisher Service FAQs
How often do fire extinguishers need to be inspected?
OSHA requires employers to visually check portable extinguishers monthly and have an annual maintenance check performed on each one. Some extinguishers also need 6-year internal maintenance and hydrostatic testing every 5 or 12 years, depending on type.
Do you come to our location?
Yes. Our Mobile Safety Unit is a service shop on wheels. We inspect, recharge, repair and test extinguishers at your business, facility or jobsite.
How much does fire extinguisher inspection cost?
Pricing depends on the number and type of extinguishers and the services needed. Call 303-537-5832 or request a quote and we'll give you a clear price before any work begins.
What happens if an extinguisher fails inspection?
We'll explain the problem and, when possible, repair or recharge it on-site. If a unit can't be safely returned to service, we can replace it the same visit.
Can you recharge an extinguisher after it has been used?
Yes. Any extinguisher that has been discharged, even partially, should be recharged right away. We recharge most common types on-site.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Denver and serve the Denver metro area, including Aurora, Lakewood, Arvada, Westminster, Thornton, Commerce City, Littleton, Centennial and surrounding cities.
