Administrative Assistant of Training and Consulting

Join our team for a role that blends purpose, people, and plenty of variety. As our TC Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact—greeting trainee visitors and customers, answering phones and emails, and keeping the training and consulting office running smoothly. You’ll help manage calendars, schedule meetings, organize documents, maintain records, and support day-to-day operations with accuracy and discretion. Working collaboratively with our Training and Consulting Division, you’ll coordinate logistics for classes and consulting projects, assist with client communications, help prepare training materials, and keep timelines and details organized so the team can focus on delivering great service. From preparing letters and reports to ordering supplies, coordinating details, and assisting staff with special projects, you’ll keep everyone on track with a calm, upbeat, and can-do approach. If you’re organized, dependable, and enjoy juggling tasks while creating a welcoming, well-managed environment, we’d love to hear from you. For a more detailed description and to apply.

Bilingual Environmental Health and Safety Trainer (Spanish/English)

Make a real impact on workplace safety as a bilingual (Spanish/English) Environmental Health and Safety Trainer with Colorado Safety Supply Company. In this full-time, Denver-based role, you’ll deliver engaging OSHA-compliant training in both classroom and hands-on settings—using strong adult learning strategies, cultural awareness, and real-world field experience in construction and/or general industry to connect with diverse learners and make safety stick. You’ll teach a wide range of courses (including OSHA 10/30, NFPA topics, First Aid/CPR, fall protection, confined space, and more), keep certifications current, and bring energy and creativity to developing state-of-the-art training materials that are educational and entertaining. Beyond the classroom, you’ll conduct jobsite inspections, hazard assessments, and third-party audits, and provide practical consulting support that helps clients strengthen safety culture and stay in compliance. This is a true trainer position—not a translation role—and you won’t be expected to build your own book of business; you’ll focus on delivering high-impact training and trusted guidance that earns repeat requests and referrals through the results you create.  For a more detailed job description and to apply.
